Curious George Nursery - Ideas For Decorating With Curious George Nursery Items

A Curious George Nursery theme is becoming a very popular option chosen by many parents for their baby's room. So the question many may be wondering is where to begin the planning process?

Curious George nursery items are a little hard to come by so probably the best place to start your search is on eBay. Since many of the available Curious George crib bedding sets have been discontinued, you will have the best luck finding what you need there. There are also sellers that sell homemade Curious George baby bedding.

A very limited amount of online baby retailers also carry Curious George baby bedding but the selection is small.

A really good option is to buy your own Curious George fabric and make bedding, window treatments, and decorative pillows from it. If you don't sew, ask a friend to help you or hire a seamstress.

If you have trouble locating a Curious George crib mobile, consider using one with monkeys or one that has a jungle theme to it. After all, monkeys love the jungle, right?

To decorate the rest of the room, consider putting an artificial tree in the room. It will add to the jungle/monkey theme and then you can use the tree to hang a stuffed Curious George toy from.

Hang a shelf and display various Curious George toys on it to add a decorative accent to the room. You may even be able to find some vintage toys on eBay. If you have trouble finding artwork, look for posters featuring the little monkey or buy a Curious George calendar and frame the pictures in it for a simple and inexpensive alternative for your wall art.

Try to find Curious George decals to decorate the walls, dresser, ceiling fan blades and other surfaces in the room. If you have enough money in your budget, hire someone to paint a wall mural of everybody's favorite curious little monkey on one of the walls of your baby's new room.

With a little digging and some creativity, you can create the perfect Curious George Nursery for you new baby. Just remember to have fun and think outside the box!
